用MTT法检测平阳霉素、γ干扰素及二者联合应用对人舌癌细胞系HSC3的生长抑制作用,它们的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为223.9ng/ml和371535ng/ml。γ干扰素的浓度为102、103、104、105U/ml与平阳霉素合用呈协同效应。平阳霉素、γ干扰素及二者联合应用对HSC3细胞裸鼠移植瘤的抑瘤率分别为103.5%、67.6%和110%;受试鼠体重减轻率分别为6.9%、1.2%和0.8%,对照组体重减轻125%.结果提示:平阳霉素和-γ干扰素联合应用呈现协同效应,并有助于改善机体的全身情况.
The growth inhibition of human tongue cancer cell line HSC3 with pingyangmycin, interferon-γ and their combinations were detected by MTT assay. Their IC50 were 223.9ng / ml and 371535ng / ml, respectively. Gamma interferon concentrations of 102,103,104,105 U / ml and pingyangmycin synergistic effect. The inhibitory rates of pingyangmycin, interferon gamma and the combination of the two on the HSC3 xenografts in nude mice were 103.5%, 67.6% and 110%, respectively. The body weight loss rates of the mice were 6.9% , 1.2% and 0.8%, while the control group lost 125% body weight. The results suggest that the combination of pingyangmycin and interferon gamma exhibit a synergistic effect and help to improve the body's general condition.
