师生课下交流的方式很多,但不是每种方式都科学有效,如果选用不科学的交流方式,不但达不到教育学生的目的,反而会加深师生之间的矛盾。那么,什么样的教育方式是科学有效的呢?笔者以为温柔的态度,春风化雨育幼苗是最好的教育方式。世界教育史上,有很多在课下用温柔的方式春风化雨育幼苗的成功案例。比较著名的当属前苏联教育
