正在服用抗抑郁药的患者,饮低浓度酒精或无酒精饮料是否有禁忌? 抗抑郁药,尤其是老的三环类复合物,例如阿米替林和丙咪嗪与酒精互相作用有两种方式:其一为抗抑郁药的镇静作用与简单加入酒精相合并而起作用,其二为药物的吸收与代谢由于酒精的存在而改变。当约有30g(1~2 pint)酒精消耗时才能测出其副作用。含低浓度酒精的贮藏啤酒常含酒精0.5~1%,因此,最少需要5pint来消耗才能测出与抗抑郁药的相互作用。有些酒只含0.3%酒精,一般容量很少与抗抑郁药相互作用。一些酒及贮藏啤酒描述为无酒精,但其实含很少量约为0.05%酒精,这样少容量与药物相互作用毫无意义。在这些低浓度酒精饮料中没有加入其它物质,例如生物原性胺来与抗抑郁药相作用。大多数低浓度酒精饮料制作与高浓度酒精饮料相同,只是减少酒精量而已。因此,一般来说,在服用抗抑郁药时饮用低浓度 Are antidepressants, especially older tricyclic compounds, such as amitriptyline and imipramine, interacting with alcohol in patients taking antidepressants, drinking low-alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages?
