目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定橙皮酊中橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-冰醋酸-水(25∶5∶70,V/V/V)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长283 nm,柱温30℃。结果:橙皮苷进样浓度在5.76μg/mL~43.20μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率(n=9)为98.3%,RSD为1.7%。结论:所建的HPLC方法快捷、准确,可作为橙皮酊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in orange peel tincture. METHODS: The mobile phase was eluted with an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-glacial acetic acid-water (25:5:70, V / V / Detection wavelength 283 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The concentration of hesperidin in the range of 5.76μg / mL ~ 43.20μg / mL showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery (n = 9) was 98.3% and the RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion: The established HPLC method is fast and accurate and can be used as quality control method of orange peel tincture.
