现代经营观念企业经营观念是指企业经营活动的指导思想。所有市场经营活动都是由市场观念所支配,市场观念的正确与否直接关系到企业市场经营的成效。自商品经济诞生以来,企业的市场经营观念经历了“以生产为重心”到“以顾客为中心”的演变过程。企业经营观念的转变,反映了社会生产力的发展,生产力与生产关系矛盾的发展,反映了市场趋势从卖方市场为主向买方市场为主的发展。也是人们对经营活动规律认识不断探索的结果。从经营观念的发展来看,主要经历了:生产观念、销售观念、经营观念和现代经营观念。现代经营观念于七十年代进入了成熟期,被发达国家的企业广泛运用。1.现代经营观念的要素有三个方面:(1)以消费者为中心,从多方面满足消费者的需求。(2)发挥企业的优势,在满足消费者需求的基础上讲求企业的经济效
The concept of modern management Business concept refers to the guiding ideology of business activities.
