改进了一种预测涡轮叶尖间隙的缩减模型,此模型可模拟发动机各工况下温度、转速和压差对间隙的影响.利用该改进模型在某发动机高压涡轮结构设计中进行叶尖间隙计算,结果显示改进的模型能较好地揭示各工况下叶尖间隙的变化规律.此分析模型只需要输入发动机总体参数、几何参数、基本的材料参数以及传热参数,便能快速得到各个工况下叶尖间隙的变化规律,从而找出最小和最大间隙值及发生时所在工况,可在发动机初步方案设计阶段为叶尖间隙评估提供一种高效率的方法.
A model of predicting the tip clearance of turbine tip is improved, which can simulate the influence of temperature, rotational speed and pressure difference on the clearance in each working condition of the turbine.This model is used to calculate the tip clearance in the design of high-pressure turbine structure of an engine , The results show that the improved model can better reveal the variation law of tip clearance under various working conditions.This analysis model only needs to input the overall parameters of the engine, geometric parameters, basic material parameters and heat transfer parameters, The change law of the tip clearance to find out the minimum and maximum clearance values and the working conditions at the time of occurrence can provide an efficient method for evaluating the tip clearance in the initial design stage of the engine.
