针对乔原隧道穿越富水黄土地层时出现的各种病害,采用可控注浆加固技术,制定详细的注浆实施方案,并采用现场观察、室内试验、数值模拟等手段对其加固效果进行全面分析.研究结果表明:注浆后掌子面土体含有大量浆脉,其层理清晰,围岩节理、裂隙发育情况减弱,土体强度大幅提升,稳定性较好;注浆后富水黄土地层的抗压强度有大幅提高,围岩稳定性及自承能力随之提高;注浆后土体渗透系数较注浆前大幅下降,满足地下水平衡的要求;注浆后隧道初期支护轴力值及围岩塑性区分布范围有大幅下降.总之,可控注浆加固技术在隧道穿越富水黄土地层处治中取得了良好的效果.
