In order to meet the requirements of enterprise engineering development and construction and reach the scientific, standardized and sustainable development of construction enterprises, the key points of construction equipment management must be strictly controlled. This article introduces the experience of construction equipment management from the aspects of equipment management awareness, management system, equipment accounting management, and the quality of management personnel, and makes reference for the equipment management of similar construction enterprises.
