疲劳开裂是沥青路面使用过程中所必须面临的结构问题。本研究从长寿命沥青路面设计理念出发,选取3种不同级配沥青混合料,采用应变控制的4点弯曲疲劳试验,对由3种混合料组合成的两种加铺层复合结构的疲劳特性进行分析,回归得到3种沥青混合料以及复合结构的疲劳寿命预估方程。研究结果表明:“沥青马蹄脂SMA-16混合料+AC-20沥青混合料”复合结构具有优异的抗疲劳性能,适宜用作沥青路面长寿命加铺层复合结构。
Fatigue cracking is the structural problem that must be faced during the use of asphalt pavement. In this paper, starting from the design concept of long-life asphalt pavement, three kinds of asphalt mixture with different grades were selected and the four-point bending fatigue test with strain control was adopted to study the fatigue characteristics of two kinds of overlay composite structures The regression equations of fatigue life of three kinds of asphalt mixture and composite structure were obtained. The results show that: “Asphalt SMA-16 + AC-20 Asphalt Mixture” has excellent anti-fatigue performance and is suitable for long-life overlay structure of asphalt pavement.
