目的研究恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后的血小板计数和聚集性变化特点。方法空腹抽取98名肿瘤患者和48名正常人静脉血,肝素抗凝后,测定Plt;并以ADP为激活剂体外测定ADP诱导的血小板最大聚集率。结果72.4%的肿瘤患者化疗前、56.2%正常人Plt>200×109/L。患者经过化疗后血小板数减少,>200×109/L的比例降为30.6%。化疗后肿瘤患者血小板最大聚集率为(70.87±8.60)%,正常人为(66.06±8.61)%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.11,P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者的Plt较正常人高,虽然经过化疗Plt减少,但聚集性仍较正常人高。
Objective To study the changes of platelet count and aggregation before and after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors. Methods Fasting blood samples were drawn from 98 cancer patients and 48 normal persons. After anticoagulation with heparin, Plt was measured. ADP-induced platelet aggregation was measured in vitro with ADP as an activator. Results 72.4% of cancer patients before chemotherapy, 56.2% of normal Plt> 200 × 109 / L. Patients after chemotherapy decreased platelet count,> 200 × 109 / L ratio dropped to 30.6%. The maximum platelet aggregation rate of tumor patients after chemotherapy was (70.87 ± 8.60)% and that of normal people was (66.06 ± 8.61)%, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.11, P <0.05). Conclusion Tumor patients with higher Plt than normal, although after chemotherapy decreased Plt, but the aggregation is still higher than normal.
