应用三维光弹冻结应力和切片方法,分析研究了溢流坝闸墩上的应力分布和应力集中现象。研究中使用的环氧树脂模型,是用带有硅橡胶里衬的水泥模壳精密浇注而成。这种模壳可以多次使用。采用切力差法计算应力和分离主应力,确定了在对称荷载和非对称荷载作用下闸墩上某些截面的应力分布、主应力轨迹线和最大主应力等值线。研究成果可供工程技术人员设计闸墩之用。
The stress distribution and stress concentration on the spillway dam pier were analyzed by using the 3D photoelastic freezing stress and slice method. The epoxy model used in the study was a precision cast from a cement form with silicone rubber lining. This form can be used multiple times. The stress and the separation of principal stress are calculated by the method of shear force difference. The stress distribution, the principal stress trajectory and the maximum principal stress contours of some sections of the pier under symmetrical and asymmetrical loads are determined. The research results are available for engineering and technical personnel to design gate pier.
