京沈高速公路联网收费示范工程于10月20日正式通过验收,这是我国第一条正式实施跨省联网收费的高速公路,而此前我国只有山东、浙江、江苏,吉林和重庆等省市实现了区域内的高速公路联网收费。据悉,京沈高速公路联网收费示范工程的建成,对于摸索我国高速公路管理由分割式向网络化综合管理转变,以及促进全国统一的高速公路网络形成具有重要示范意义。交通部将在全国大力推进高速公路联网收费,重点解决京津冀地区和长江三角洲地区的国道主干线联网收费问题。东部各省份要力争在2005年内全部实现省内高速公路联网收费的目标。
