[目的]鉴定天麻白绢病致病菌并探讨该病防治。[方法]以从湖北宜昌低山地区天麻种植基地采集到的染病天麻为材料进行分离纯化,并运用柯赫氏法则(Koch’s Postulate)进行病原菌回接种,最后根据其生物学特性进行鉴定。[结果]白绢病致病菌属于弱寄生菌,直接侵入的能力差,一般只能通过伤口侵染寄主而发病。根据其菌丝菌核的形态及致病特性,天麻白绢病病原菌被鉴定为罗氏白绢小菌核菌(Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.),属半知菌亚门,丝孢纲,无孢目,小菌核菌属的真菌。[结论]该研究可为罗氏白绢小菌核菌引起的天麻白绢病的防治提供参考。
[Objective] To identify the pathogens of Gastrodia Tuber and explore the prevention and cure of the disease. [Method] The infected Gastrodia elata Blume collected from the Gastrodia elata Blume plantation in low mountain area of Yichang, Hubei Province was isolated and purified. The pathogen was inoculated by Koch’s Postulate, and finally identified according to its biological characteristics. [Result] The pathogen of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum belonged to the weak parasitic bacterium, and the ability of direct invasion was poor. It usually only infects the host through the wound. According to its morphology and pathogenicity of Mycobacterium sclerotiorum, the pathogen of Ceratospermum scabazi was identified as Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. Small sclerotinia fungus. [Conclusion] This study may provide references for the prevention and treatment of Gastrodia elata Blume caused by.
