“小学角色教育模式建构研究”是临江市建国小学承担的省“十五”教育科研重点课题和国家“十五”教育科研规划课题。该项研究已经走过了十五年的历程。研究伊始,学校针对当时我国的学校德育工作政治化多于生活化、理论化多于实践化、一刀切多于个性化、传统化多于创新化等弊端,依据“生活即教育,社会即学校”的角色教育理念,以小学生现实的和未来的社会生活和社会实践为基础,以学生的德性需要为目标,率先把有益于学生身心健康的一些社会角色引入校园,让小学生通过对不同社会角色的了解、体验、来鉴别和评议社会的真善美,培养小学生的真情实感,为其形成未来公民的优良道德品质与良好行为规范打下基础。角色教育走进校园,极大地提高了该校德育工作的实效性,促进了小学生全面、协调、可持续发展的道德人格的形成。为此,学校被评为“全国德育工作先进单位”。观将该项课题研究的有关文章予以刊登,以使更多的学校加以借鉴。
