我區今年春耕生產工作,已勝利結束,小春作物在大部地區內已獲得豐收,大春作物的禾苗,一般也生長良好,這就為我們完成今年增產任務創造了一個良好的開端。這是由於我們各級領導和廣大幹部以及全體農民一致努力的結果。今年春耕生産工作中還給我們提供了一些極其重要的經驗:即是認真貫徹了中央關於春耕生產指示等三個文件的精神,將生產當成農村中壓倒一切的中心工作,有效地克服了“五多”混乱現象,並改進了領導作風。凡是認真宣傳貫徹了各項政策,切實幫助農民克服具體困難,並適當推廣先進耕作經驗的地方,都無例外地博得了廣大群衆的熱烈擁護,春耕生產工作的成績也比任何一年為好。這是值得我們十分珍貴並繼續發揚光大
Our spring plowing production work in this area has ended triumphantly. Small spring crops have achieved a good harvest in most areas. Spring plum seedlings generally grow well. This will create a good start for us to accomplish the task of increasing production this year. This is the result of the concerted efforts of our leaders at all levels, cadres and all peasants. This year’s spring plowing work also provided us with some extremely important experiences: earnestly implementing the spirit of the central government’s three documents on spring plowing instructions, treating production as an overriding central task in rural areas and effectively overcoming the “ More than five ”chaos, and improved leadership style. Those who conscientiously propagandized and implemented various policies and effectively helped farmers overcome specific difficulties and appropriately promoted advanced farming experiences won without exception the warm support of the broad masses of people and their achievements in spring production work were better than in any other year. This is something we deserve and will continue to flourish
