目前高职市场营销专业课程设置存在一些缺陷,导致学生所学内容与用人单位的需求不匹配。所以高职市场营销专业的课程设置要在遵循教育教学规律的同时,符合企业对营销人才的需求。本文借鉴德国的工作过程导向方法,结合对用人单位的调研,确定典型的职业岗位群和相应的学习领域,最终通过对学习领域的重构与序化构建科学的专业课程体系。
At present, there are some shortcomings in higher vocational marketing professional courses, resulting in the students do not match the content and employers needs. Therefore, the marketing of higher vocational education curriculum to follow the laws of education and teaching at the same time, in line with business needs of marketing personnel. This paper draws lessons from the German work process-oriented approach, combined with the investigation of employers to determine the typical occupational groups and the corresponding learning areas, and finally through the reconstruction and sequencing of learning areas to build a scientific and professional curriculum system.
