构建“校企合作、工学结合”人才培养模式是高职院校发展的内在要求和企业提高创新能力的需要。高职院校应通过与企业共同制定人才培养目标,共同开发课程、教材体系,共建“双师型”教师队伍和实训基地,构建“校企合作、工学结合”的人才培养模式。
