我校拥有18个班级,现有藏书一万多册,现刊100多种,一个阅览室。规模虽不大,但长期以来,图书室只有一个工作人员,要完成采购、编目、借阅、宣传等工作,实在忙不过来。于是我们从学生中挑选助手,参加图书流通服务和阅览室的值勤工作,让学生服务于学生。通过8年的尝试,收到了较好的效果。
Our school has 18 classes, the existing collection of more than ten thousand books, more than 100 kinds of current, a reading room. Although the scale is not large, but for a long time, the library has only one staff member, to complete the procurement, cataloging, lending, publicity and other work, really busy. So we selected assistants from among our students to participate in book circulation services and reading room duty-to-work and let students serve students. After eight years of trying, I got good results.
