我省淮南地区,小麦生长期间雨水较多,常常造成湿害,威胁小麦高产稳产.防御小麦湿害,除搞好农田基本建设,改进栽培技术外,必须注意选用和培育耐湿品种.为此,我们从1975年开始对当前生产上应用的一些主要三麦品种进行了耐湿性鉴定,并从中筛选耐湿的亲本材料.一、耐湿性鉴定方法的探讨日本古田美夫(1977)认为,耐湿品种一般具有下列特性:1.在根系范围内土壤水分过多,氧气不足时,对氧气的需求量较少,或对缺氧有一定的忍耐能力.2.通气系统发达,茎叶可能供给部分氧气;在不良环境条件中,根系逐渐衰亡时容易发生新根.3.根的细胞膜是木质化的,或在不良条件下容易木质化.4.根系对土壤处于还原状态生成的有害物质,具有一定的忍耐力.因此,在存在湿害的条件下,测定不同品种小麦根系吸
