随着先天性心脏病（ CHD）手术数量的增加，CHD治疗方法的改进日益受到重视。传统直视手术中体外循环（ CPB）所带来的一系列并发症，经皮介入治疗对患儿年龄、体质量的限制以及对患儿血管的损伤，使心脏外科工作者开始研发新的外科治疗方式。在此背景下，可以将两种术式结合从而最大程度地发挥其优势的“杂交”手术开始走入广大临床工作者的视野。该文简要介绍 CHD“杂交”手术的概念、发展历史、主要临床应用、并发症及处理等内容，并对这一技术进行综合评价及展望。“,”With the growing number of surgeries for patients with congenital heart disease ( CHD ) in China,improvement in the treatment for CHD patients has drawn more and more attention .A series of compli-cations brought by cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) in traditional open operation,and the restriction on age and body weight of percutaneous interventional treatment , as well as the vascular injury caused by cardiac surgery,make it an urgent need for the cardiac surgery workers to develop new modes of treatment .“Hybrid surgery”,which combines two kinds of operation and maximizes their advantages has been developed in clini-cal practice under such circumstances.Here is to make a review of the concept,development history,main clinical applications,complications and corresponding treatment of “Hybrid”surgery,as well as the compre-hensive evaluation and prospects of it.
