目的优选复方JTL胶囊煎煮提取工艺的最佳工艺条件。方法以浸膏中葛根素的含量为指标,用高效液相色谱测定,采用L9(34)正交试验优选煎煮工艺。结果正交试验所得的最佳工艺条件为A3B3C3,选取符合生产实际的A2B2C2组合,两组同时进行工艺验证,比较结果表明A2B2C2组合与A3B3C3组合提取率相当。结论选取符合生产实际的A2B2C2组合作为加热回流的工艺条件,即分别用10倍量和8倍量水煎煮药材2次,每次2h。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of compound JTL capsule extraction process of the best conditions. Methods The content of puerarin in the extract was taken as an index. The content of puerarin in the extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to optimize the decoction process. Results The optimum technological conditions obtained by orthogonal test were A3B3C3. The A2B2C2 combinations were selected according to the actual production. The two groups were tested simultaneously. The results showed that the extraction rates of A2B2C2 and A3B3C3 were equivalent. Conclusion A2B2C2, which meets the actual production, was selected as the process conditions for heating and refluxing, that is, the medicinal materials were decocted twice with 10 times and 8 times of water respectively for 2 hours.
