来新华日报已近一年。从学生到记者,身份的转变就是自力更生的过程,一切从头开始。我今天想用五个词来概括我这一年的感受。第一是激情。报社是个快节奏的地方,初到报社,我对任何事物都很好奇,同事们在工作、生活中都充满了激情,让我不由加快了步伐。但是没有条口,没有线索,对于采访拿捏不准,让我经常稿件石沉大海。
Xinhua Daily to nearly a year. From students to reporters, the change of status is the process of self-reliance and everything begins from scratch. Today I want to use five words to summarize the feelings of my year. The first is passion. The newspaper office is a fast-paced place. When I first got into the newspaper office, I was curious about everything and my colleagues were full of passion at work and in my life. As a result, I could not help speeding up my pace. However, there are no allegations and no clues. No accurate interviews are allowed, and I often make manuscripts.
