外径千分尺是机械工业中一种常用量具,它需要进行周期修理。在修理中,不仅数量多而且平面平行性精度要求很高。过去采用四块一组研磨器轮流用手工研磨,质量和效率很低,远远不能满足当前工业生产发展的要求。1974年我厂开始采用基准研磨法(即一块法),效果良好。在手工使用基准法的基础上,我厂计量人员在毛主席独立自主、自力更生方针指引下,在领导的支持与厂内外广大师付的配合下,破除迷信、解放思想,于1976年革新成功具有两只机械手的基准法千分尺测杆研磨机
