介绍了测量系统分析的具体步骤及对测量结果 数值的分析。在进行测量系统分析前 ,先就控制计划提及的测量系统制定分析计划 ,然后进行测量系统重复性和再现性 (R&R)的分析。R&R可接受的准则是 :小于 10 %的变差可接受 ;10 %～ 30 %的变差根据需要可接受 ;大于 30 %的变差则需要改进测量系统
The specific steps of the analysis of the measurement system and the analysis of the numerical values of the measurement results are introduced. Before carrying out the measurement system analysis, an analysis plan is prepared for the measurement system mentioned in the control plan, and then the repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) analysis of the measurement system is performed. The R&R acceptable criteria are: less than 10% variation is acceptable; 10% to 30% variation is acceptable as required; greater than 30% variation requires improved measurement system
