患儿男,6岁。因反复发热、咳嗽、胸痛3月余,以“胸腔积液待查”收住院。患儿3个月前开始无明显诱因发热、咳嗽伴神差、纳呆,先后以“脓胸、胸膜炎”在当地医院住院4次。其间曾排出蛔虫20余条,并于右侧胸腔抽出“脓液”约750ml(性质、颜色均不详)。曾用抗生素、抗痨药物及作对症、支持治疗,效果不佳。患儿生长于贵阳农村。父母体健。查体:体温38.3℃,脉搏120次/分,呼吸30次/分,体重15kg。
Children male, 6 years old. Due to repeated fever, cough, chest pain for more than 3 months to “pleural effusion to be investigated,” admitted to hospital. Children 3 months ago, no obvious incentive to start fever, cough with God, poor appetite, successively “empyema, pleurisy” in the local hospital 4 times. In the meantime, it had excreted more than 20 roundworms and extracted about 750ml of “pus” on the right chest (nature and color are not known). Have used antibiotics, anti-tuberculosis drugs and for symptomatic, supportive treatment, the effect is not good. Children grow in rural Guiyang. Parental health. Physical examination: body temperature 38.3 ℃, pulse 120 beats / min, breathing 30 beats / min, weight 15kg.
