目的对张家港市某化工企业部分工作场所进行生产性毒物作业分级,并对所用标准的应用提出几点看法。方法按照《工作场所职业病危害作业分级第2部分:化学物》GBZ/T 229.2-2010通过计算化学物的危害程度、化学物的职业接触比值和劳动者的体力劳动强度3个要素的权重数,对部分操作岗位作出职业病危害程度分级。结果该企业应颜车间D线、E线挤出机岗位、树脂制造现场、树脂制造车间控制室属于0级(相对无害作业)。结论《工作场所职业病危害作业分级》GBZ/T 229为评价工作场所生产性毒物作业的卫生状况和区分接触者危害程度提供了可靠依据。
Objective To classify the production toxicants in some workplaces of a chemical enterprise in Zhangjiagang City and to put forward some suggestions on the application of the standards. Methods According to “GBZ / T 229.2-2010”, “Occupational hazards in workplaces”, GBZ / T 229.2-2010, by calculating the weight of chemicals, the ratio of occupational exposure to chemicals and the manual labor intensity of workers, On the part of the operation of occupational hazards to the level of grading. Results The company should Yan shop line D, E line extruder positions, resin manufacturing site, resin manufacturing plant control room belongs to 0 (relatively harmless operation). Conclusion The “Classification of Occupational Hazards in Workplace” GBZ / T 229 provides a reliable basis for assessing the hygienic conditions of workplace production toxicants and distinguishing the extent of the hazards posed by contacts.
