在《邓小平文选》第三卷《在武昌、深圳、珠海、上海等地的谈话要点》中,邓小平针对这些年来对改革开放是非得失的认识问题,提出了“三个有利于”的判断标准:“应该主要看是否有利于发展社会主义社会的生产力,是否有利于增强社会主义国家的综合国力,是否有利于提高人民的生活水平。”扫清了前进道路上的迷雾,指明了改革开放的方向。
