1~7月,全国电力供需总体平衡,7月受极端高温气候影响,华东等部分地区在高峰时段出现少量电力缺口,通过错避峰措施解决。未出现拉闸限电情况。用电市场延续2012年以来中速增长态势,7月全社会用电量增速比上月继续回升,城乡居民生活用电量增速明显升高。上半年水电多发、火电发电量低速增长,但7月水电发电量同比增速由正转负,大部分水电大省水电发电量负增长,全国火电发电量也实现两位数增长;水电、火电、核电设备累计利用小时均比上年同期回落,风电发电量快速增长、设备利用小时同比明显增加。基建新增发电装机容量较上年同期增长超过三成,水电新增规模创近几年同期新高。全国跨省区送电量保持平稳增长;7月,西南水电外送及东北送华北电量增加带动全国跨区送电量同比快速增长,南方电网“两电东送”电量同比负增长。
From January to July, the overall balance between electricity supply and demand in the country was affected. In July, due to the extreme high temperature, a small amount of electricity gap occurred in some areas such as East China during rush hour and was solved by mistake-avoiding peak measures. No power outage occurred. The electricity market continued its medium-speed growth since 2012, while the growth of electricity consumption in the whole society in July continued to rise as compared with the previous month. The growth rate of urban and rural residents’ electricity consumption was significantly higher. In the first half of the year, there was a large hydropower generation and a low-speed growth in thermal power generation. However, the hydropower generation in July was negative from the year-on-year growth rate, while most hydropower provinces saw a negative growth in hydropower generation. The cumulative utilization hours of nuclear power equipment dropped more than the same period of last year. The wind power generation capacity increased rapidly and the equipment utilization hours increased significantly year-on-year. Infrastructure installed capacity of new generating capacity over the same period last year increased by more than 30%, the scale of hydropower increased hit a new high in recent years over the same period. Power transmission across the provinces maintained a steady growth. In July, the increase in electricity supply from the Southwest Hydropower Project and the northeast to North China led to a rapid year-on-year increase in the delivery of electricity across the country, and a year-on-year year-on-year negative growth in China Southern Power Grid.
