马林，１９８４年获清华大学无线电电子学学士学位，１９８７年获清华大学经济管理学院硕士学位，１９８６－１９９７年，先后任清华大学校长秘书、校办副主任、主任、副秘书长。１９９３年被评为副教授。１９９７年，任美国艾森豪威尔研究员，年底回国调入北京市海淀区，任副区长，北京市新技术产业开发试验区海淀试验区管委会主任。现任海淀副区长、中关村科技园区管委会副主任，中国科技金融协会风险投资专业委员会副主任，北京市信息化专家组顾问。
Marin received a bachelor’s degree in radio electronics from Tsinghua University in 1984 and a master’s degree from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University in 1987. He served as secretary of the president of Tsinghua University, deputy director of the school administration, director, and deputy secretary general in 1986-1997. In 1993 was named associate professor. In 1997, he served as a researcher of Eisenhower of the United States. At the end of the year, he returned to China to be transferred to Haidian District, Beijing, where he served as deputy mayor and director of the Haidian Pilot Area Administrative Committee of the Beijing New Technology Industry Development Experimental Zone. He currently serves as deputy director of Haidian, deputy director of the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, deputy director of Venture Capital Special Committee of China Science and Technology Financial Association, and advisor of Beijing Informationization Expert Group.
