形容詞的語法特点之一是能重迭。大多数的单音形容詞都具有这个特点;双音形容詞中除带有輔助成分的不能重迭外,不带輔助成分的有的能重迭,也有的不能。任何一个語法特点的成立只要求它有普遍性,并不一定要它有絕对性,形容詞的这个特点的存在也不会因为有些例外現象而受影响。不过,現代汉語中不带輔助成分的双音形容詞很丰富,究竟哪些能重迭,哪些不能,許多談形容詞重迭的文章对此并未加以說明。
One of the grammatical features of adjectives is the ability to overlap. Most of the monophonic adjectives have this feature; diacritical adjectives in addition to the auxiliary components can not be overlapped, without auxiliary components can overlap, and some can not.
