土壤的全氮量测定一般都是采用经典的凯氏法,自从氨电极研制成功后,对氮的测定提供了新的途径。氨电极不仅广泛应用于环保、医药等化验分析,也开始应用于土壤肥料中各种形态氮的测定,尤其对土壤全氮量测定结果,与凯氏法、扩散法一致,且比凯氏法的过程要简单(减少了蒸馏和滴定过程),从而既加快了分析速度,又节省了费用。现将测试方法和结果介绍如下:
