加强基层党风廉政建设是党的纪律检查工作向基层延伸、向部队拓展的客观要求,也是拓宽纪律检查工作任务空间,提高纪律检查工作质量,适应新形势和新任务需要的必然选择和要求。从基层大(中)队落实情况来看,领导机关认识不高,重视不够,兼职纪检人员履行职责不力,目标任务不明确的问题比较突出,影响了基层党风廉政建设健康发展。加强基层党风廉政建设,必须着力解决三个缺位问题。
Strengthening the building of the party’s work style and building a clean and honest government at the grass-roots level is an objective requirement for the discipline inspection work of the party to extend to the grassroots and to the military. It is also an inevitable choice and requirement for widening the task space for discipline inspection work, improving the quality of discipline inspection and meeting the needs of the new situation and new tasks. In view of the implementation of grassroots (middle) teams, the problems of lack of awareness and insufficient attention of leading bodies, lack of responsibility of part-time discipline inspectors in discharging their duties, and unclear goals and tasks have affected the healthy development of the party’s work style and building a clean and honest administration at the grassroots level. To strengthen grass-roots party conduct and clean government, we must make efforts to solve the three vacancy issues.
