本文报告对48名参加健身跑的中老年人的心肺功能进行2.5年纵向观察的结果,并与26名同龄不锻炼的正常人相比较。结果:1.健身跑者左心射血功能在安静和运动时均明显高于一般人,继续坚持健身跑2.5年后左心功能进一步提高,而且同等状态下的心肌耗氧量减少;2.左心功能的提高与左室舒张末期内径增大,收缩末期内径缩小有关;3.健身跑者的呼吸功能增强,包括定量运动时气体交换效率、恢复商、吸氧量、氧脉搏等显著提高,心率与呼吸商减小。结果证明,健身跑可以推迟中老年人心肺机能的生理性衰退,可以作为心肺功能减退者康复治疗的一种手段。
This paper reports the results of longitudinal observation of cardio-pulmonary function in 48 middle-aged and elderly people participating in fitness running for 2.5 years and compared with 26 normal people who do not exercise at the same age. Left ventricular ejection function of the fitness runner was significantly higher than that of the average person at the time of quietness and exercise. The left heart function was further improved after 2.5 years of fitness running, and the myocardial oxygen consumption decreased under the same condition. The improvement of cardiac function was related to the increased diameter of the end-diastolic end-systolic and the decrease of the end-systolic diameter.3. The respiratory function of exercise-runner was enhanced, including the gas exchange efficiency, recovery quotient, oxygen uptake and oxygen pulse, Heart rate and respiratory quotient decreased. The results show that fitness running can delay the physical decline in heart and lung function of the elderly, can be used as a means of rehabilitation of patients with hypothyroidism.
