通过溶胶凝胶法制备出PMMA/TiO_2-SiO_2超疏水复合涂层。选用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)作为成膜材料,SiO_2(14nm)和TiO_2(100nm)纳米粒子来构造粗糙度,用十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(FAS)修饰涂层的表面,所得涂层的水接触角(WCA)高达155o,且具有较好的透过率。通过接触角仪、扫描电镜和紫外-可见分光光度计对该涂层进行测试表征。结果表明涂层的疏水性能和透过率与PMMA,FAS和纳米颗粒的质量比密切相关。
PMMA / TiO_2-SiO_2 superhydrophobic composite coatings were prepared by sol-gel method. Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) was used as the film-forming material, SiO 2 (14 nm) and TiO 2 (100 nm) nanoparticles were used to construct the roughness. The surface of the coating was modified with heptadecafluorodecyltriethoxysilane (FAS) , The resulting coating water contact angle (WCA) up to 155o, and has better transmittance. The coatings were characterized by contact angle, scanning electron microscopy and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results show that the hydrophobic properties and transmittance of the coating are closely related to the mass ratio of PMMA, FAS and nanoparticles.
