在课改的新形势下,各式各样的教法,形形色色的形式主义充斥着我们课堂,我们时常在思考:为什么我们教师教得很辛苦,学生也学得很辛苦,但实际效果并不理想,其根本原因是我们在课堂教学中有很多教学行为是无效的或低效的。因此,课堂教学的优质高效是师生共同追求的目标,以前那种课内损失课外补,训练不足课后补的高耗低效的课堂模式要彻底打破。笔者就如何打造初中数学高效课堂,谈几点肤浅体会和不成熟做法,供读者参考。
In the new situation of curriculum reform, all kinds of teaching methods and various forms of formalism are flooded with our classrooms.
