[目的]准确地掌握深圳市宝安区传染病暴发疫情的发生和流行规律,客观评价传染病防治效果,分析其流行因素及探讨新形势下的防治策略。[方法]采用描述性流行病学方法分析宝安区2007年传染病暴发疫情流行特征。[结果]2007年共发生暴发疫情24起,共发病11376人(男7547人,女3829人),总罹患率为2.83%;涉及病种5种,分别为急性出血性结膜炎、流行性感冒、诺瓦克病毒感染、水痘和手足口病;疫情涉及7个街道,其中以新安(41.67%)、观澜(20.83%)、公明(12.50%)为多;发病单位主要集中在学校(18起)和工厂(6起);4、5、6、9月份为暴发疫情的多发季节;所有病人中工人占88.65%,学生占11.11%,幼儿比例最小为0.24%,但罹患率最大,为13.85%,学生和工人次之,分别为8.08%、2.61%。[结论]学生及工人是我区传染病暴发的主要人群,加强疫情监测及宣传教育是防制重点。
[Objective] To accurately grasp the occurrence and epidemic law of infectious disease outbreak in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City, objectively evaluate the effect of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, analyze its epidemic factors and discuss the prevention and treatment strategies in the new situation. [Methods] Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic characteristics of outbreaks of infectious diseases in Bao’an District in 2007. [Results] There were 24 outbreaks in 2007, with a total of 11376 persons (7547 males and 3829 females) with a total attack rate of 2.83%. Five kinds of diseases were involved, namely acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, , Norwalk virus, chickenpox and hand-foot-mouth disease. The outbreaks involved 7 streets, of which Xin’an (41.67%), Guanlan (20.83%) and Gongming (12.50% ) And factories (6). In April, May, June and September, outbreaks were frequent; 88.65% of all patients, 11.11% of students, and 0.24% of young children. However, the attack rate was the highest at 13.85 %, Followed by students and workers, respectively 8.08% and 2.61%. [Conclusions] Students and workers are the main crowd of outbreaks of infectious diseases in our district. Strengthening epidemic situation monitoring and propaganda and education is the key point of prevention and control.
