今年以来,各地区、各部门认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院应对国际金融危机、促进经济平稳较快发展的一揽子计划,取得了明显成效,经济企稳回升势头逐步增强,总体形势积极向好。
Since the beginning of this year, all regions and departments have conscientiously implemented the package plan formulated by the Central Government and the State Council to cope with the international financial crisis and promote steady and rapid economic development. The plan has achieved remarkable results. The momentum of economic stabilization and recovery has been gradually strengthened and the overall situation has been positive.
