为了研究不耦合装药结构与不同介质耦合装药结构的定向断裂光面爆破效果,得到最佳装药结构,从而解决工程爆破中存在的技术问题.以华泰煤矿为工程背景,采用4种装药结构,分别通过实验室实验和现场工业实验对水-空气耦合、水耦合、空气耦合和水不耦合进行巷道围岩的爆破效果进行分析对比,实验结果证明,在华泰煤矿采用水耦合爆破,可使围岩或预留岩面的完整性、稳定性较好.
In order to study the effect of directional fracture smooth blasting of uncoupled charge structures and different media coupled charge structures and get the best charge structure, so as to solve the technical problems in engineering blasting.Based on Huatai Coal Mine as the engineering background, The structure of the drug was analyzed and compared with the blasting effect of the surrounding rock by water-air coupling, water coupling, air coupling and water-uncoupling respectively through laboratory experiments and on-site industrial experiments. The experimental results show that water-coupled blasting is used in Huatai Coal Mine, Surrounding rock or reservoirs can make the integrity of the rock face, good stability.
