在摇动瓶及浸出柱中进行了安巴马塔(Ambamata)复杂硫化矿的细菌浸出试验。结果表明铜和锌溶解服从向芯层状收缩扩散模型。也尝试了计算铜和锌的溶解级数,发现在试验的两种溶质浓度下均是呈一级反应。此外,还计算了铜和锌的Kp值。在柱浸研究中,铜的浸出曲线表明在形成Cul.95S之后,其浸出速度突然下降。柱浸之残渣分析表明在顶部浸出最完全,并且浸出率从顶部到底部遂渐降低。
Bacterial leaching experiments were carried out on shaker flasks and leaching columns for the Ambamata complex sulphide ore. The results show that copper and zinc dissolve obediently to the core-like shrinkage diffusion model. An attempt was also made to calculate the dissolution series for copper and zinc and found to be a first order reaction at both solute concentrations tested. In addition, Kp values for copper and zinc were also calculated. In the column dip study, the copper leaching curve shows a sudden drop in leaching rate after Cul.95S formation. Column dip analysis showed that the leaching was most complete at the top and the leaching rate gradually decreased from top to bottom.
