随着改革开放步伐的进一步加快,特别是城镇职工基本医疗保障制度的推进,对城市医疗体制改革提出了更高的要求。国务院办公厅转发了国务院体改办等八部门共同制定的《关于城镇医药卫生体制改革的指导意见》,明确了城市医疗体制改革的基本原则、主攻方向和主要内容,这对于推进卫生改革与发展具有十分重要的意义。
With the further acceleration of the pace of reform and opening up, especially the promotion of the basic medical insurance system for urban workers, higher requirements have been put forward for the reform of urban health care system. The General Office of the State Council forwarded the “Guiding Opinions on the Reform of the City’s Medical and Health System” jointly formulated by the Department of State Restructuring and other eight departments to clarify the basic principles, main directions, and main contents of the urban medical system reform. This is to advance the health reform and development. It is of great significance.
