近年来,由于国内一些单位的努力,使铅锡合金的真空蒸馏分离工艺进入了工业化的阶段.这个工艺所用的蒸馏炉,国内除个别工厂外,几乎都是多级塔式的.国外也有这种塔式蒸馏炉.这说明多级塔式蒸馏炉对合金至少是对铅锡合金的真空分离具有一定的优越性.我们在1976年开始至1977年初完成的扩大试验,首创了连续作业的多级真空蒸馏炉型.最近,在此炉型的基础上,设计制造了一个规模更大的多级蒸馏炉,且对炉子的结构作了一些改进.这个炉子现已经受了几个月的试生产的考验,技术经济指标也比较好.本文仅着重描述炉子结构等的研究和实践成果.
