Antigens used in the malaria enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) include: antigens prepared from Plasmodium knowlesnii of Monkeys and heterologous antigens from P. falciparum infected with macaques. The authors infected P. falciparum with frozen P. falciparum for five years and then cultured according to the Trager et al. Culture dish. When the number of malaria parasites increased 10 to 20 times, the culture vessel was replaced with a 1-liter tissue culture flask. He-pes buffer of 30 mM and RPMI 1640 with 10% of human serum were used as the culture medium, and human culture cells and human serum were all in the “O” form.
