目的了解南沙港区鼠类的本底情况,为识别输入性医学媒介生物、掌握口岸区域医学媒介生物密度变化情况、防控传染病在口岸地区的暴发流行提供科学依据。方法 2014年1月-12月采用鼠笼、鼠夹法对鼠密度进行监测。结果共捕获鼠类282只,经鉴定隶属于2目2科3属6种。年平均鼠密度为6.78%。优势种为臭鼩鼱,占32.98%(93/282),褐家鼠占28.39%(80/282),黄胸鼠占26.95%(76/282),板齿鼠占9.22%(26/282),小家鼠占1.77%(5/282),黄毛鼠占0.71%(2/282)。从4份鼠肺样本中检出汉坦病毒阳性,其中2只为褐家鼠,1只为板齿鼠,1只为黄胸鼠。结论此次调查摸清了南沙港区的鼠类本底情况,根据鼠种的不同生活习性采取相应的控制措施,防止传染病的发生和流行,创造港区良好的卫生环境。
Objective To understand the background of rats in Nansha port area and provide a scientific basis for identification of input medical vector organisms, grasping the change of density of medical media in ports and prevention and control of epidemic outbreaks in port areas. Methods From January to December 2014, rat density was monitored by squirrel cage and mouse clamp method. Results A total of 282 rodents were captured and identified as belonging to 2 orders, 2 families, 3 genera and 6 species. The annual average rat density is 6.78%. The dominant species were stinkbug, accounting for 32.98% (93/282), Rattus norvegicus accounted for 28.39% (80/282), Rattus flavipectus accounted for 26.95% (76/282), and Banded rat accounted for 9.22% (26/282) ), Mus musculus accounted for 1.77% (5/282), Rattus rat accounted for 0.71% (2/282). Hantavirus positive was detected in 4 rat lung samples, 2 of them Rattus norvegicus, 1 Brachiatus, and 1 Rattus flavipectus. Conclusion The survey found out the background of rodents in Nansha Port and adopted corresponding control measures according to the different habits of the rats to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases and create a good sanitary environment in the port.
