目的比较阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗支原体肺炎的疗效经济学。方法 282例支原体肺炎患儿,采用随机抽样的方法分为红霉素组(94例,静脉滴注红霉素)和阿奇霉素组(188例,静脉滴注阿奇霉素)。比较两组的的临床疗效(治疗时间、治疗效果)、副作用发生情况及治疗费用。结果红霉素组治疗时间为(14±2)d,阿奇霉素组治疗时间为(12±1)d,阿奇霉素组治疗时间短于红霉素组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组消化道反应、过敏、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(GPT)升高及其他副作用发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。红霉素组药品费用为(210±10)元,其他费用为(517±15)元,总费用为(724±16)元;阿奇霉素组药品费用为(816±18)元,其他费用为(516±13)元,总费用为(1330±25)元;红霉素组药品费用及总费用均低于阿奇霉素组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组其他费用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎均收到良好的效果,但就目前农村和城市的现状来说,由于收入差异,治疗支原体肺炎,应首选红霉素。
Objective To compare the efficacy of azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 282 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into three groups: erythromycin group (94 cases, intravenous erythromycin) and azithromycin group (188 cases, intravenous azithromycin). The clinical efficacy (treatment time, treatment effect), side effects and treatment costs were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of treatment was (14 ± 2) days in erythromycin group, 12 ± 1 days in azithromycin group, and shorter in azithromycin group than in erythromycin group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions, allergy, elevated alanine aminotransferase (GPT) and other side effects between the two groups (P> 0.05). The cost of erythromycin group was (210 ± 10) yuan, the other cost was (517 ± 15) yuan, the total cost was (724 ± 16) yuan, the cost of azithromycin group was (816 ± 18) yuan, 516 ± 13) yuan, the total cost of (1330 ± 25) yuan; erythromycin group of drug costs and total costs were lower than azithromycin group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the other two groups were no difference in cost Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Erythromycin and azithromycin treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia have received good results, but the current status of rural and urban areas, due to income differences, the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia, erythromycin should be the first choice.
