研究了应用CR39 探测器测量中子剂量的方法、蚀刻条件、刻度和实际应用。结果表明最佳蚀刻条件为:65 m ol/L KOH、70℃、7 h,刻度系数为70×10- 3 m Sv/(径迹数·cm - 2),最低可探测下限为006m Sv,可用于一般中子γ混合辐射场中中子剂量的测量。
The method of measuring neutron dose by CR39 detector, etching conditions, graduation and practical application are studied. The results show that the best etching conditions are as follows: 65mol / L KOH, 70 ℃, 7h, the calibration coefficient is 7.0 × 10-3 mSv / (track number · cm - 2), the lowest detection limit Is 006m Sv, which can be used to measure the neutron dose in the general neutronγ mixed radiation field.
