由于各个学生的先天素质、教育影响和主观努力程度的不同,同一个班内的学生在学习能力和知识水平上存在着明显的差异。如果采用统一的要求和听课标准,就会出现“少数尖子生撑场面,多数学生作陪客”的局面,这就要求教师要从实际出发,实施有差异的分组教学。这是面向全体学生进行因材施教,调动学生主观能动性,提高学生学习积极性,提高教学质量的需要。下面我谈谈在化学课堂中实施分组教学的具体做法的体会。
