实验室制备了不同稀土含量的取向硅钢,采用SEM和XRD测定了实验试样组织以及表面层的{111}、{110}、{112}不完整极图,并计算了不同稀土含量取向分布函数ODF图,研究了稀土对取向硅钢制备过程中组织以及织构演变的影响。结果表明,稀土促进了取向硅钢热轧组织、常化组织以及初次再结晶组织的细化,提升了冷轧织构及初次再结晶织构的密度水平,稀土含量为20×10~(-6)的取向硅钢形成了密度水平为4.7的旋转立方织构{001}<110>,但未出现高斯织构。
In the laboratory, oriented silicon steel with different rare earth content was prepared. The {111}, {110}, {112} incomplete polarograms of the samples and the surface layer were measured by SEM and XRD. The orientation distribution function ODF graph to study the effect of rare earth on the microstructure and texture evolution during the preparation of oriented silicon steel. The results show that rare earth can promote the refinement of hot rolled structure, normalized structure and primary recrystallized structure of oriented silicon steel, and improve the density of cold - rolled texture and primary recrystallization texture. The rare earth content is 20 × 10 ~ (-6) ) Oriented silicon steel forms a rotating cubic texture {001} <110> with a density level of 4.7 but does not exhibit Gaussian texture.
