提出一种新的基于相场法的砂浆断裂力学分析方法,对裂纹相互作用导致的砂浆试件失效行为进行模拟分析.采用非保守Allen-Cahn方程作为控制方程,借助COMSOL有限元分析软件,将线弹性力场和相场整合为统一的有限元模型,对砂浆中裂纹发展和相互作用进行模拟分析.通过砂浆三点弯曲试验和直拉试验,测试砂浆裂纹扩展过程.模拟结果与试验结果的对比分析表明,砂浆试件裂纹相互作用临界荷载的模拟计算结果与试验结果非常吻合.研究结果表明,Ⅱ型试件断裂破坏会产生更长的裂缝路径.
A new method of fracture mechanics analysis based on phase field method is proposed to simulate the failure behavior of mortar specimens caused by the interaction of cracks. The non-conservative Allen-Cahn equation is used as the governing equation. With COMSOL finite element analysis software, Linear elastic force field and phase field into a unified finite element model to simulate the crack growth and interaction in mortar.The mortar crack growth process is tested by mortar three-point bending test and straight-pull test.The simulation results and experimental results The comparative analysis shows that the simulation results of the critical load of the mortar crack interaction are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the results show that the fracture fracture of the type Ⅱ specimen will lead to a longer crack path.
