未成年人犯罪问题,已经成为一个国际性的严重社会问题,对于处于经济发展中的我国,未成年人犯罪的问题近年越发突出。由于未成年人的特殊性,各国对于未成年人的刑事审判制度相比于成年人有很大的不同,我国也不例外。近几年新疆暴恐事件发生较为频繁,但大多是以宗教为掩护,受到宗教极端思想的影响,其中不乏一些未成年人或受到诱惑或是被胁迫参与暴恐。对于参与暴恐案的未成年人来讲因为其仍有可塑性,虽然会受到国家的惩处,但仍希望国家在审判过程中给予适当考量。
The problem of juvenile delinquency has become an international serious social problem and the issue of juvenile delinquency has become increasingly prominent in recent years in our country, which is under economic development. Due to the particularity of minors, the criminal justice system for minors in each country is very different from that of adults, and our country is no exception. In recent years, the terrorist incidents in Xinjiang occurred more frequently. However, most of them are based on religion and are subjected to religious extremism. Many of them are tempted or intimidated to participate in violent terror. For those minors involved in the crime of terrorism, because of their plasticity, they will still be punished by the state, but they still hope that the state will give due consideration to the trial.
