精密测量及加工常需要传递圆周回转运动,其传递误差是导致测量及加工误差的原因之一。本文推导建立了圆周回转角位移传递误差δ同主从回转轴线状态参数(e、α)及拨杆机构几何参数(b、R)的函数表达式,给出了δ随转角ψ的变化规律,分析了误差产生的原因,并从设计、装调角度提出了减小传递误差的意见。本文对丝杠动态查仪、齿轮单啮仪等仪器角位移传递精度分析计弹,及指导对类似仪器设备的轴系和拨杆机构设计、安装、调试、使用操作有实际意义。
Precision measurement and processing often need to transfer circumferential rotary motion, the transmission error is one of the reasons leading to measurement and processing errors. In this paper, the function expression of the displacement error δ of the circle rotation angle, the state parameters (e, α) and the geometric parameters (b, R) of the lever mechanism are deduced. The variation law of δ with the rotation angle ψ is given, The reason of the error is analyzed, and the opinion of reducing the transmission error is put forward from the perspective of design and installation. In this paper, it is meaningful to design, install, debug and operate the shaft dynamic system and the lever mechanism of the similar instrument and equipment by analyzing the accuracy of the angular displacement transfer of the instrument such as the dynamic inspection device of the screw and the single gear of the screw.
